This beautiful 4 bedroom private home has been recently redecorated and it is located in the gated community at Boyne Mountain. Incredibly spacious, there is an abundance of gathering space and seating areas for your entire group. The home is literally STEPS away from the Alpine chairlift. Simply imagine your family and friends as you sit in the living room, watching the snow fall and the chairlift pass by! As an added convenience, this home is about 200 yards away from the top of the mountain where the Alpine and the Disciples 8 chairlift all empty; Such easy access on and off of Boyne Mountain will make this property a favorite for you and your group, and one that you will want to build traditions in. This highly customized home has custom ski storage, gas burning outdoor fire-pit, surround sound throughout the home, bumper pool table, PLUS two large living rooms, allowing everyone in the group to make themselves right at home. For special note, a brand new hot tub has been installed February 2021 and we look forward to guests enjoying this favorite amenity! Speaking of feeling at home, enjoy the spacious kitchen with seating at the dining room table for 10 PLUS 6 bar stools surrounding the oversized island. Have a full size mirror behind door in bunk room and the downstairs bath with the two separate showers was great only wish there was a niche to put your items on. Outside big spider web near BBQ by outlet, wish it was taken care of before our arrival. The host was very nice and responded quickly. The upstairs shower barely had warm water since the beginning of the week but the other showers we didn't notice couldn't keep up the temperature until Wednesday night/Thursday morning. At first we thought it was just because there were so many of us and we were running the dishwasher a lot but by Thursday evening we didn't have any hot water at all. As soon as we notified Great Escapes they were quick to respond but it felt like something we had to bother with during our vacation. I would recommend this property! This property was amazing right at the top of the hill you can see all the skiers flying by or going by on the chair lift. We were pleased with the house there was enough room for all 14 of us. The jacuzzi was amazing. Probably our favorite thing about the house. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be renting again next year for our annual cousins trip. With 3 families it was very comfortable and had plenty of room. The 7 kids enjoyed the bunkroom and each couple had a king bedroom to themselves. The location was great and right off the alpine lift so we could pop in to warm up, eat lunch or end our day. I'm not sure if the kids loved the hot tub or the huge couch more! The gate code had not been given to us but Renee came through again! No complaints whatsoever - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alpine. Loved the screened in deck, the bunk room and basement for the kids, the gas fire pit and grill, etc. we had a few ants but understand that the house is surrounded by trees-(just needs some ant traps). It was the perfect size for our group. The location is awesome! I love that the chair lift is right outside of the house. My only suggestion is to have a four wheel drive because a few of our guests got stuck on the hill on the way up and needed a tow. If I have any critiques, it would be for the homeowner to supply better bedding/pillows/mattress. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, so bring your own pillows. Also, there was a big cleaning fee with this rental, yet there was a random sock and dental pick under our bed when we arrived. Other than that, everything was perfect. This house is a really great layout and size- could be very chic with some cosmetic updates! We would definitely rent again. ##### Allie P. This was a gorgeous house on the top of a hill with a lot of space :) Everything was clean and the neighbors were friendly too! The porch is perfect for a cup of coffee and enjoying the sunrise. The only issue we had was the hot tub kept breaking and we were never able to fully use it which stinks because you pay for amenities like that. They tried to fix the hot tub but it was a temporary fix and it seems like the hot tub had been having issues prior and they were trying hard to trouble shoot it. Some things are not in the control of the owners and that’s why I still give this place 5 stars because they put forth the effort to make this an amazing experience and it was. If you’re considering renting, stop considering and just do it! ##### Paul A.
