This 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Condo will not disappoint! Enjoy the open living space that provides a warm and inviting area for the entire group to gather for food, fun and the beautiful fire. Granite countertops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms with beautiful reclaimed wood craftsmanship throughout. Stainless steel appliances and additional refrigerators/coolers are just a few of the higher-end additions that these owners have provided to accommodate their guests. This condo is a short walk to the heart of Boyne Mountain where you can easily access Avalanche Bay, the front of Boyne Mountain including Boyneland Chair lift, a variety of restaurants and shopping as well as all of the other activities that Boyne Mountain offers to guests. During the summer you have access to a large pool where you can sit and relax or swim laps if you choose. This property has its own washer and dryer within the unit. The configuration of this condo is as follows: Master Bedroom has a king bed and en suite full bath Second Bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed and en suite full bath Third Bedroom provides a queen over queen bunk bed and stand alone queen bed. Third Bedroom guests will have access to the detached full bathroom located off the living area and adjacent to bedroom. The Area: Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. There were just four us of, as this was to be a relaxing 40th. The spa at Boyne is top notch and all of the activities and restaurants on property will keep you busy. The unit was so clean and spacious! We cooked, played board games, had great conversation, and all with the fireplace going. All four of us kept saying how this was the perfect place that had all of the things needed. We had pretty nice weather and walked almost everywhere. The walking trail is right behind the unit and so are the slopes. The hosts sends you clear instructions and makes sure they are available if needed. Even though the weather was insane warm for a quick Xmas Ski trip it was an awesome visit. Being only a short walk to the main lodge, restaurants, the lifts and avalanche bay made our stay even better. Place was very clean, easy to get in and out of, hard great parking and plenty of room for our group of 3 adults and a few kids between 7 and 10\. They loved it and so did we!! Would rent again if we chose to come to the area again. Easy travel distance to a lot of things. We had an ongoing issue with using the key pad (we may not be well versed in them either-it just wasn’t easy to lock for us) but the property manager was prompt in getting with me to try and help me navigate it! Condo was beautiful and plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Pool was warm and clean and we were within a short distance to the main lodge. The sheets smelled great. There was a ton of room. The kitchen had all the dishes/pots/pans, etc. you would need. They even had some games in a cabinet our kids enjoyed playing. ##### Lauren V. House had plenty of amenities for us and location was perfect. Players enjoyed the short walk to Avalanche Bay and the rest of the resort. A lot of options for every age group.
