Nestled perfectly between the championship golf courses and ski slopes at Boyne Mountain, The Boyneland Retreat is a beautiful brand-new custom 5-bedroom home that accommodates up to 14 guests! The home is located in the exclusive Reserve at Boyne Mountain neighborhood which sits on and around Boyne Mountain and gives you a front-row seat to the premier resort amenities including championship golf courses, an all-sports lake with sand beaches, an 88,000 square-foot indoor water park, and miles of picturesque trails for hiking, biking, and cross country skiing. You will also have access to more than 60 ski slopes, terrain parks with half-pipes, and the latest in high-speed chairlifts. Enjoy this home's open floor plan that allows everyone to gather comfortably while enjoying a warm cozy fire, or sitting in the beautiful custom kitchen with a dining nook, a large island, granite countertops, and high-end stainless steel appliances. You will also have access to a Weber Grill for outdoor cooking. There is a large screen TV in both living rooms and TVs throughout most of the bedrooms as well. Guests have access to a full washer and dryer in the laundry room and a large locker area for all of your ski equipment. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms in total. This home boasts a spacious master with a king bed and en suite bathroom with a large soaking tub, dual walk-in shower, and walk-in closet on the main level of the home. The main level hosts the following bedrooms/bathrooms: Bedroom #2 - king bed Bedroom #3 - king bed Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bathroom The lower level includes Bedroom #4 queen bed and twin over twin bunk beds Bedroom #5 - two twin over full bunk beds Bedrooms #4 and #5 share a full bathroom The lower level also has another living area with a big screen TV, a large sectional and a table where you can play cards and board games. Enjoy an extensive outdoor living area including a large covered deck and patio, and seasonal fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. Each floor has a dedicated wireless network so you never have to worry about having high-speed wifi access anywhere on the property. . Conveniently located just 0.20 miles from the house is The Kitz Cabin which offers ski-in/ski-out, parking, and outdoor amenities, serving as an excellent starting point for skiing adventures. The Boyne Mountain Scenic Cart path also crosses just behind the home which can take you on a short trip to the Skybridge, down to the main lodge and village, or the golf courses! \*\*Note: A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended during winter/snowy months. \*\* Must abide by The Reserve at Boyne Mountain HOA guidelines and rules. We had three families all staying together, and even the teenagers on the couches said they slept comfortably every night! We had enough towels and blankets for all of us, and the living/dining areas were spacious and accommodated everyone. Many kitchen amenities, including a griddle, crockpot, and blender. There was a cabinet full of spices and a drawer full of foil/plastic. We absolutely loved the location, even though it was a long drive from the Reserve entrance to the house. The kids brought scooters and zoomed around on the streets and golf cart paths (helmets recommended!). We walked up the hill to the chairlift and the Skybridge on multiple occasions, though this trek was a challenge for several in our group. As you drive up the winding mountain road, you will find the home located on a large lot with plenty of trees and hills around for privacy. The home looks and feels brand new. It is very well kept and clean. From the open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen (well stocked), to the spacious bedrooms and baths, this home will not disappoint you or your guests. The outdoor covered areas are relaxing and quiet. Yet the paved community trail abuts the lot for easy access to everything. This home is a must stay for anyone visiting the area year round. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with our host, Jason, was great and he was also helpful with suggestions for resort activities, etc. We love Michigan in the summer and hope to be back soon in the winter, too!
