This 100% slope side truly Ski-in/Ski-out condo is on Boyneland. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. Master suite has king bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, and 3rd bedroom has two queen beds. Newly installed Washer and Dryer. This home does have quite a few steps to get up to the unit. Perfect location to be able to walk to and from the Boyne Mountain Village to enjoy all the activities the resort has to offer. The Area: Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets. Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City. Looking for a Day Trip? Visit Mackinac Island or Sleeping Bear Dunes. Would suggest orienting the sofa along the staircase wall to view out, removing one lounge chair, and breaking down the table to a seating for 4 for locating at window wall. FYI larger groups, the number this condo sleeps is higher than the number the living/dining space can accommodate.
