It was raining and foggy and still we could get a glimmer of the view. It was quiet inside and out. We walked there as we chose not to take our car. I would say that is the only negative, but it worked for us for the few nights we stayed. Contacted Nancy about something and she responded right away. She is really sweet + helpful. If I could make one suggestion it would be that they put in a a king size bed with a firmer mattress. The views of the water and mountains were breathtaking, and the back patio was a great place to relax. Nancy was incredibly considerate, promptly replacing the gas while we were cooking, and they were flexible with the check-in/out times when there were no immediate bookings. We had an amazing anniversary experience on the island, the suite was perfect for our needs. The patio has a sweeping view of the bay, and the mountains just beyond. Gorgeous property with wonderful communication from the owner. Loved grilling on the patio overlooking the water and waking up to the sounds of nature.
