Great location! Nice property.

Condo is well equipped for fun in Kauai and pool/beach and restaurants are great. Very centrally located to everything. Room had everything you could think of for a great vacation including beach chairs, coffee, beach towels and toys. Property manager was very helpful and responsive and easy to talk to.

This is a great no frills room with access to a nice pool and some amenities. Good location for getting around the island but there is nothing within walking distance beyond the on site restaurant. The host is professional and responsive.

This resort was gorgeous, especially the pools! The bench nearby is not swimmable but made for great walks. The food on the resort was delicious and service was excellent. We thought we might feel odd as a VRBO guest on a resort, but never felt out of place. We would definitely book here again as the price was comparable and came with a lot of extras we didnt have to pack or buy (snorkeling gear, coolers, etc.) The host was super gracious and promised us with lots of recommendations!

Property manager did NOT get back to us after we texted him to say we were out of coffee and running ahort on toilet paper!!! He never git back to us. ALSO we were charged a 40.00 a DAY fir Parking wth?

Beautiful Resort

Centrally located resort. Room was clean and comfortable. This was our first time staying at a resort and it was nice to have the convenience of the proximity to the beach and town.

It is a minute walk to the beach, but this beach is not advisable to go swimming. The AC works well and the bed is reasonably comfortable. The lanai was dirty, not sure who is responsible for that. The screen door DEFINITELY needs to be replaced. Overall, a place to sleep. The pools, bar area, parking of the Outrigger are decent.

The unit was very humid and uncomfortable. Everything was damp. The final night we heard something click on and realized it was a dehumidifier and that at least made the final night more tolerable. We didn’t report it earlier because the AC worked fine and we just felt that this was what we had to except. If we booked through the hotel we would have changed rooms. Also, owner needs to change the property description. There is no view of the ocean.

We loved the location and our room was wonderful. Only complaint was about half of the days we were there we only had lukewarm water in the shower. Restaurants were very good and being able to walk right out to ocean was wonderful. We even saw a seal on the beach one morning.

La verdad el lugar es hermoso solo q mi reservación no fue la q yo reservé no había las cosas q me dijeron yo llamé y pedí una explicación trataron de ayudarme pero hasta el día de hoy no me han dado ni dicho nada los del hotel y las personas q me contestaron no tienen la culpa pero la persona encargada sobre la reserva q me hicieron son mentirosos y no cumplen con lo prometido y si quieren hacer una reservación al hotel este q se llama Outrigger y con ellos mismos hacer tu reserva yo espero una respuesta de Expidia o Vrbo

Lihue Paradise

The owner is great! He gave us clear and helpful advice from check-in, to getting around, all the way through checkout. The room was very nice and we loved the resort and amenities. Location was perfect for us because we like to spend time at each of the different sides of the island and Lihue is centrally located and an easy drive to them all. A wonderful bonus is all the little things the owner provides like beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards and coolers. Thanks so much! Will definitely come back and rent through this owner again.

Simply wonderful!

What an amazing place to stay in Kauai! The view from the lanai was incredible The room was well stocked with all the things you need on a beach vacation (snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, coolers, etc.). It was maintained beautifully and the larger fridge size was an added bonus! The host was very helpful with pointers as to where to visit, eat and how to get around the island. We hope to visit again soon!

Great option for Kauai

The hotel is very central. The room is great. Very updated and everything you need. Lots of extra amenities, like beach chairs, great coffee maker, large fridge and basic dishes. The room is in a great location in the resort — close to the beach and pools. Be sure to get up in time to see the amazing sunrise on Kauai beach. The resort is very nice. The restaurants are fine. The bar has a nice, lively atmosphere with entertainment every night. Be sure to check out Sunrise coffee — not a far drive for a nice breakfast option. The host was super - very responsive and lots of good info. Would definitely recommend.

Nice resort. The property was ok, clean and next to the beach for beautiful sunrise. There were few spots with not to many rocks where you can enter in the water. I was very disappointed from the owner since he advertised the property as possible 3 people to sleep but not mentioning that one of us had to sleep on air mattress. Was very uncomfortable

Nice affordable option

The location is great! If your trying to get to visit all sides of the island this central location is wonderful. The resort itself is undergoing renovations which is good as it’s a bit dated. The pool area is very nice. The unit itself is an affordable option as Kauai lodging is very expensive. The bed is very comfortable, the location on the bottom floor is nice and for us we enjoyed the lanai facing off the back towards the ocean vs. poolside! The room’s furnishings are very basic nothing fancy as is the bathroom. As I said it’s an affordable option if you are wanting to stay in a resort! Communication with the owner was very good and check in with the resort was super easy.

Great place and great resort

Stayed here for our honeymoon. It is a beautiful resort and we really enjoyed the pools and restaurants on the property. The pictures of the balcony aren’t as ocean view as they look but it is still one of the best room views on the property! My wife and I will definitely be back!

Nice location but dated room

Our location was conveniant to go N or S Kauai. The resort is older but still beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and restaurant food was very good. Micheal the prop manager of this unit is professional and replies quickly. Our room was "nice" but furnished with very cheap basic items and in need of an update/remodel (including a nice supportive bed). This may be reflected in the reasonable price. During our stay there was a water leak in the hallway so the carpet was soaked and bit musty. Overall, if you are on a budget and plan to spend all day exploring Kauai this room is perfect. If you like plush amenities and spend a good amount of time in your room I would upgrade.
