One private parking space is included for your convenience ( maximum height 2.14m). The balcony gives you unrestricted views of the sea and the Mourne Mountains. The property is situated on the promenade right in the centre of Newcastle with shops, restaurants, bars and the beach all on your doorstep. Also Royal Co Down Golf course is 10 minutes walk away. This is the perfect seaside resort for walkers, golfers and families. The property has a large open plan living area, dining room and fully equipped kitchen leading onto private balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds or can be converted into a super king bed upon request. There is also a separate bathroom. Bedding and towels are provided. The apartment is stunning and was immaculate, Roberta met us for arrival and explained everything. The views are stunning i cannot recommend this enough to anyone looking a break.
