The Space: Sea Breeze is a fabulous ground floor apartment close to the seafront of Bournemouth boasting views of the sea from the apartment's terrace. BH2 leisure complex is just five minutes\` walk down the road hosting numerous restaurants and cinema complex. Bournemouth gardens, pier and the seven miles of golden sands that is Bournemouth beach is within walking distance, making this an ideal location for a holiday home. This property has been beautifully furnished throughout with modern bathrooms and fittings. It is fully equipped with flatscreen Smart TV and broadband facility. The front entrance leads you to the master bedroom (king-size 5ft double) with en-suite (shower, sink and toilet) and flat screen TV. Second bedroom (twin 2 x 2ft 6ins or zip and link king-size). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, sink and toilet). Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area which includes integrated fridge/freezer, hob, oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer. Patio doors from both the lounge and dining area leads you onto the terraced patio overlooking the sea and town. Parking - There is one allocated space within the development's underground parking.
