The accommodation is light and airy with large rooms, Rooftop views across Bournemouth, off street allocated parking and is fully equipped. Ideal for couples, families and friends, with some of the best bars, cafes and restaurants a short walk away. This flat has a unique Location with easy access to The New forest National Park and Jurassic Coast. The space Our apartment occupies the entire top floor of an 1850's Grade 2 listed Georgian building. The newly refurbished apartment boosts many original features including High ceilings, georgian fireplace and solid wooden doors. Upon entering you are greeted with a large entrance hallway leading off to Three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. One large king size bedroom with feature fireplace, one large twin size room and one smaller single room offering a single bed with optional pull out bed. (could sleep 6 upon booking request) It has a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, free wifi and one off road allocated parking space, which is clearly marked out. The apartment also boasts, interesting views across the roofs of Bournemouth town centre. Just be aware there are a few stairs to climb to the 3rd floor but worth every step to enjoy this beautiful, bright and relaxing space.
