In Bournemouth’s town centre, 500 metres from the beach, The Belvilla Russel Court Hotel Bournemouth Central has rooms with modern décor. With a restaurant and bar, it is 0.5 miles from the Bournemouth International Centre. Within just 5 minutes’ walk guests will find bars, restaurants, an art gallery and theatre. The hotel is 0.75 miles from Bournemouth Rail Station. The rooms each feature a TV, telephones. All have a private bathroom whilst some rooms boast sea views. Some have air conditioning (available on a first-come, first-served basis).  
The property consists of multiple guesthouses Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
