The duplex apartment comprises an entrance hall, separate toilet and kitchen opening onto the living room. The kitchen is equipped with 3 electric hobs, a mini oven, fridge, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and toaster. The living room has a sofa bed, a table and a TV.
