DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:   
70m² apartment for 8 persons located on the 1st floor and on the 3rd floor (from the main façade) with a lift.  
Living room: sofa / TV 50 cm  
Kitchen: dishwasher, refrigerator, combi oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster  
Bedroom 1: 2 twin beds (80x190 cm)  
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds (80x190 cm)  
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (80x190 cm)  
Sleeping area: 1 set bunk beds + 1 single bed  
Shower room / Bathroom, separate WC + hand basin  
NO WIFI  
Animals not accepted.  
  
The rental price includes: towels included, linen with beds made up, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen and dishes).  
  
Parking is not included. Parking is available in the resort's paid parking lots.

ARCS 1800 – Residence : ROSELEND. Very nice 4 room apartment with a terrace, facing south-west, with a magnificent panoramic view of Mont Blanc. Located in Arc 1800, on the Paradiski ski area, the residence is composed of luxury flats with numerous facilities: pool, hammam and sauna.

Located in Arc 1800, in the village of Le Chantel, Les Alpages du Chantel 2, a quiet area and a few minutes from Le Charvet, the ESF and its shops by the free inter-resort shuttle.  
Pedestrian access from the residence to the Charvet resort centre in 5 minutes only.

The resort of Les Arcs is perfect for lovers of skiing.
