The Nova Residence is located in the heart of the village of Villards in Arc 1800 and is divided into 3 buildings (1, 2 and 3). This residence is located at the foot of the ski slopes (between 100 and 500m depending on the building) and close to shops, all in a very quiet environment. Please note that this residence has an elevator. Surface area : about 40 m². 8th floor. Orientation : South-West, West. View valley and mountain. Living room with settee. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (2\*80). Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine, oven, grill, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, 2 induction cooking rings, fridge. Bathroom with bath-tub. Separated WC. iron and ironing board. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
