The studio at the foot of the Île d’Oléron, with a single-level interior, is located in Bourcefranc-le-Chapus and is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing escape. The 23 m² property features a living/sleeping area, a kitchen, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 2 people.  
  
Additional amenities include:  
  
\- a washing machine;  
  
\- a small separate freezer;  
  
\- Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work; the fiber internet connection, previously unavailable due to a technical issue, is now restored;  
  
\- a TV with Wi-Fi decoder (TV channels are also available again since the internet connection has been restored).  
  
This accommodation is equipped with electric radiators for heating (no air conditioning).
