The Sunshine Mustard House

Our simple, classic, sunny Boulder home is a 6 block walk to Pearl St, the iconic downtown walking mall: restaurants, great shopping and all the action. It’s a 5 block walk to the historic Boulder Theater for live shows & music.

Our home has 3 lovely bedrooms: 2 rooms with a queen each and 1 king with a junior loft bed for kids 7 and under. Non-smoking, ample sunlight, solar-powered home.

Making use of the strong Colorado sun rays, our home and water are heated with solar hot water. The large front window lets in ample sunshine on the large reclaimed wood dining table that seats 6 comfortably. We have a cute, vintage 1950s kitchen and bathroom. Electric car plug-in located at the back of the driveway. Adirondack chairs in the front lawn to soak in the Colorado sunshine and peek the Mountain views.

Our neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Our road curves so it is not a commonly used main traffic path for cars. We are walking distance to a great little set of shops with all of your basic needs: Whole Foods grocery, Wine Merchant (they have liquor and great local beer too), Hip Coffee Shop, Audrey Jane's Pizza, gift shops, Moe’s Broadway Bagels, Sweet Cow Ice-cream, Barber shop, Medley Pharmacy and more!

Our home is in an adorable, safe, picturesque Boulder neighborhood. We love and respect our neighbors and we hope you will too. Neighbors on both sides have little kids with early bedtimes, so our home is not a place to party late into the night or make noise outdoors. We ask that you respect our neighbors as if they were yours.
