### Serenity in Downtown Boulder - Excellent Location

This serene, loft-like condo is located in the heart of downtown Boulder. It is just two blocks from the Pearl Street mall, Boulder Farmer's Market, and the famous Boulder Creek Path. The condo is very quiet and the guests have a bedroom with a partial mountain view and luxurious private bathroom. What makes the space stand out amongst the rest is our amazing courtyard that is roughly 3,000 sq. feet right outside your window. It is a truly amazing space and just blocks from everything.  
  
The condo has been completely remodeled in 2018. It is spectacular and has all of the amenities of a multi-million dollar home.  
  
This downtown condo has two outstanding features: Its location and its tranquility. The space itself is very calming and relaxing, perfect after a long day enjoying the outdoors and the other opportunities that Boulder provides.  
  
The Remodel:  
  
The bedroom has newly installed 150+ year old reclaimed wood floors, a new ceiling fan and air-conditioning for circulation and comfort.  
  
The bedroom will have a memory foam mattress full-size futon bed (great for two people under 6'), a full-sized dresser, a large closet, and two big west-facing windows that brings in plenty of afternoon light.  
  
Also, we had the bathroom updated. We have a hand-painted tile floor, a new free-standing tub, a Toto toilet that is self-cleaning with heated seats (the best!), and all new fixtures, tile and paint. It is a real-showstopper and you will feel spoiled.  
  
The other bedroom will be occupied by my husband, Ryan, and I along with a loving cat named Clara and a saltwater reef fish tank.  
  
The condo is very clean and only eco-friendly cleaning products are used. If you do not have those, please feel free to use what’s supplied in guest bathroom.

#### Slept in my car!

Drove 8 hrs to Boulder. Host would not respond to text, email or phone. Spent three hours of my vacation on phone with VRBO, getting cold transferred from one department to another. Then spent another three hours trying to get a refund. Thanks for a wonderful anniversary.
