The villa features a very open floor plan with a beautiful turquoise waterfront from nearly every room. There is only one neighboring house (to the West), thus being very private. It’s the ideal location for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding, and just relaxing.

Three of the bedrooms, kitchen and dinning area have a view of the ocean, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Forth bedroom is in a stand alone guesthouse. For fun head on down to our private dock where you may fish with the possibility of catching your dinner for the night or enjoy paddle boarding and kayaking (available for rent) and kayaking along the beautiful Creek. This property is also perfect for a private wedding setting.

Note we are not on the main island of Providenciales where you fly into. You will need to take a smooth and short 25 minutes ferry ride to this island. We can arrange for you to be met at the airport by a taxi who would take you to the ferry port, you pay the taxi directly. We meet you at the ferry port here with the car and show your to the villa.
