Walking distance to public transportation to all location in Boston and Cambridge. This 1890s building was newly remodeled in 2017 has wood laminate throughout the bedroom, kitchen and living room. Central air/ heat, granite counter tops and new stainless-steel dishwasher and refrigerator. The stove and oven are electric. The bedroom features a queen mattress set, nightstand, reading lamp, dresser, TV (Firestick/ Apple TV) and decent sized closet. The bathroom has a deep tub and shower, linen closet and storage closet. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and cooking utensils and a new set of spices to get you started, and a dining table that seats two. The living room has a flat screen TV (Firestick/AppleTV) and sofa, coffee table, chair and footstools that can be used for additional seating. It also has a large walk-in closet next to the front door for more storage. Unit is equipped with wireless internet, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster oven, Britta water pitcher, microwave, linens and towels, some light cleaning supplies and fire extinguisher as well as a guest book with instructions and recommendations. Unit doors are on secure, code-activated lock so coordinating key pick-up and drop-off is not necessary. This unit has two accesses, one, 3 steps down from the sidewalk in the front of the unit and second, through the gate that leads you through a shared walkway to the backdoor into the bedroom. There is a Ring camera doorbell at front door and security cameras on property at backyard. Utilities are included . South Boston has mostly residential only parking from 6PM-10AM and visitors spots are maximum 2 hours, so public transportation, Ride share/Taxi is the ideal solution for tenants as you need your car registration and insurance listed with the address in order to get a resident sticker. The South Boston neighborhood is one of Boston's trendiest because of its vibrant restaurants and night life.
