Bedroom offers a queen sized bed, dresser and television, fully equipped eat in kitchen with granite countertops and gas cooking. Building offers free laundry on the top floor. This quaint one bedroom is the ideal place to call home. Disclaimer: This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized guests. Rated with a 94 walk score.
