Our beautiful historical stone building is in a pedestrian shopping zone across the street from Macy's and many department stores. Roche Bro's grocery, Starbucks, Caffe Nero, George Howell, Gypsy Place, restaurants, Crossing Food Court, and CVS, are all within 3 minutes' walking distance! Between the financial district, Chinatown, the Boston Common, and various revolutionary-era landmarks like Freedom Trail, Old State House, Old South Meeting House, King's Chapel, etc. peppered throughout the city. Downtown Crossing is also the ideal commuting location, as it’s close to South Station and numerous other subway stations. It’ll be easy to get to any location in the Boston area from here without the need for a car or Uber! There is a grocery store, drugstores, multiple restaurants and train stops within a two block radius. We relied on public transportation for this trip, and never missed having a car. We had an awesome stay at this place in downtown Boston! The location honestly couldn’t be better—just steps from Boston Common, shops, restaurants, and the subway. We walked everywhere.The apartment itself was super clean, bright, and had tons of space for our group. The beds were really comfortable, and we loved hanging out in the living room after long days exploring. The big TV and comfy couch were perfect for movie nights. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer right there was a big plus.Amy was a great host—really responsive and made everything super easy. Check-in was smooth, and she checked in to make sure we had what we needed.If you're looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Boston, this is it. We were able to pull together a few days for a family vacation with our older teens/young adult children around a college orientation. The communication with Amy was timely and detail-oriented, the property was clean, well-stocked and well-maintained. The location was wonderful, with easy T access and easy walking to so many parts of the city due to the central location.
