Welcome to Newton! Set in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, this home offers a serene suburban feel while still close to city conveniences. You’ll find local shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, plus parks and walking trails for outdoor enjoyment. With public transit and quick highway access, commuting to Boston and beyond is seamless—perfect for balancing relaxation and convenience.  
  
Welcome to our spacious, family-friendly retreat! This thoughtfully redesigned home combines the charm of a historic property with the modern comforts travelers appreciate. We removed walls to create an open-concept kitchen and dining area, added plush furnishings for cozy gatherings, and equipped every room with smart TVs and high-speed WiFi—perfect for both leisure and remote work.  
  
Spacious Layout Across Two Floors:  
This home spans the second and third floors of a charming two-family residence, offering plenty of space for families, groups, or business travelers:

The living room features a plush sectional sofa and oversized smart TV, while a dedicated office nook provides a quiet space for work.

✔ Drip coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, and wine glasses

The dining table seats 10, with additional seating at the island .  
(Pantry staples like coffee, oil, and spices are not stocked unless kindly left behind by previous guests.)

Note: This room is designed for infant/toddler sleeping only—not extra air mattresses.

Heat & AC (Massachusetts Compliance):  
This unit has window AC during the warmer months. Per state law, heat is provided from September 15 to May 31 and NOT controllable by unit. For AC installation or seasonal switchover requests, message us in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate based on your stay dates.
