Located in the heart of Quincy Center, One Chestnut Place is Quincy’s newest high-rise luxury apartment building. Surrounded by some of the best restaurants in town, it is also conveniently located near many local shops, and 5 minutes from the Quincy Center MBTA station. This is Quincy’s tallest building with incredible city and water views. Amenities include: a fitness center, concierge services, Amazon Hub lockers, and an upscale resident lounge. Secure garage parking with bike storage connected to the building allows for easy and convenient resident-only access.  
  
The Space:  
A cozy 895 sq. ft. two-bedroom apartment with oversized windows, a breakfast bar, and a 2-in-1 washer/dryer combo.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Living at One Chestnut Place in Quincy, MA, puts you in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood with plenty to explore. Enjoy a meal at the popular Alba Restaurant, known for its rooftop dining and steakhouse fare, or savor delicious seafood at The Fat Cat.
