Jenny, the agent, was very responsive and helpful. We loved the hiking trail which led to a small beach nearby for collecting shells and watching the tide roll in. We were able to swim at Nantasket Beach which was only about 30 minutes away, and we took the subway from Quincy into Boston to see a lot of historical sites. We had a family vacation for 10 people. The entire process was easy. From booking, checking in, logging on to the WiFi, using each of the rooms, bathrooms, and outside space - all intuitive, simple, and it felt like we were at home. The one item I would say to be mindful of; there are 4 bedrooms; 1 on floor one, and 3 on floor two, and the 3rd floor has an open-floor concept with a separate access door and has 5 beds, one of which is a bunkbed. It was perfect for our kids!The basement has a washer and dryer, easily accessible. The kitchen was stocked with everything you'd need to cook meals at the unit. Our dog was happy with the outside fenced-in space - it gave him somewhere to run around safely.Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would be happy to stay with the Host again! ##### Eric L. We really enjoyed our time in this lovely area. We had plenty of space and were grateful for being in a quiet area to come back to after spending time in the city. Easy access to everything we needed. Most VRBOs I have been to (and I travel frequently with groups) have at least the essentials for cooking. We had to go buy quite a few necessities (including a smoke alarm battery). We left them for the next group, hope it helps! The bedrooms were comfortable, but the living room furniture needs an update. If you’re not spending much time there in the evenings you’ll be fine with everything else. All bathrooms and bedrooms were A+ We appreciated everything that was supplied with the house. Although there is a hiking trail nearby, I would have like a little area around the home to sit outside.As we explored the Boston and Quincy areas we found both cities the cleanest and safest we have ever visited. The place was clean and it had a pretty good layout (as long as you don't mind stairs). The bathrooms were a little small, but there were 4 of them which was important for 9 people. It has plenty of private parking. The walking path is mentioned in the listing, but it is just a dirt path through some trees and residential areas. It's about 30 minutes to Boston and 45 min-1 hr to Cape Cod. It served us well as a home base to explore the coast of Massachusetts. ##### Jeremy and Sara L.
