Personnel was kind. Room was easily attributed. Hotel right by the sea. Only deception is room with “ocean view” is on the side so gotta get on the balcony to be able to see it.

Septembre c'est la fin de saison, le restaurant n'étais pas ouvert en début de semaine, le sèche cheveux et le téléphone non fonctionnel et n'a pas été réparer malgré qu'on l'avait signaler. Sinon , l'emplacement est parfaite pour profiter de la plage et prendre la traversier pour Boston

Pas à la hauteur!
L’emplacement est parfait, mais pas à 20 minutes de Boston. La plage est belle, sablonneuse, sans trop de déchets. Pour l’établissement, nous avons été déçu. Nous avions demandé un lit King, nous avons eu une chambre avec deux lits doubles. Nous avons dû appeler la réception au deuxième jour puisque personne n’était venu faire le ménage. Lorsqu’elles sont venues, elles n’ont pas lavé les surfaces, ni remis de nouvelles serviettes. Ils nous ont également chargé 10$/ nuit de frais de resort, mais ne pouvais pas nous expliquer à quoi ça servait. La piscine est de bonne taille, mais clairement désuète. L’eau est trouble et il manque de la peinture partout. Le jacuzzi avait beaucoup trop de brôme et était rempli de mousse... Bref, pour 215$ la nuit, j’avais espéré mieux...

Cet hôtel est très bien situé au bord de la plage mais l'hôtel est d'une autre époque qui fut meilleur sans doute. Dans cet hôtel tout est vieux et il ne semble pas bien entretenu , le personnel n'est pas accueillant du tout !

Hôtel bien situé en bord de mer sur une plage magnifique. Les lits queen ne sont pas de très bonne qualité on y dort pas très bien. Le nettoyage est bâclé et donc n'est pas parfait. Nous avons eu des problème avec la cheminée qui restait constamment allumé en plein été la lumière de la salle de bain qui clignote, la fenêtre qui s'ouvre en la démontant bref nous avons connu meilleur endroit pour le prix payé. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est bien exposé et propre.

Établissement propre, mais il y a des mauvaises odeurs à certains endroits. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Le système de climatisation très bruyant. On ne pouvait vraiment ouvrir la porte du balcon à cause du bruit extérieur causé par l'établissement voisin.

Great location, nice hotel.
Nice property in a great location. Could use some updates. Elevator was broken. Hot tub was great! The windows let in lots of noise so you hear cars screeching by all night.

Clearly…some accountant is involved in cost cutting…. 2nd time in a month. Fireplaces that don’t work..same with elevators, staff not trained, exterior paint on balconies looking tired and in need of repair..soon they will lose resort statud and we’re re-thinking booking a wedding. So sad.

Could be so much better
This hotel was for a Valentine's celebration with my husband. We arrived and our fireplace didn't work. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would be up. 20 minutes later I called again and asked again saying the night is being wasted and to be moved to a different room. We moved from the 3rd floor ocean view to a 2nd floor ocean view. The funny dream staff was edgy like it was our fault the fire place was broken. It was a nice room but you could hear the people above us walking around and the floors were very squeaky and kept us awake. It also stunk like cigarettes. Not ideal! Also the rug in several areas throughout the hotel are torn and need to be repaired. For the price, they can do better in customer service for sure and maintenance should be available quickly.
