I will say it’s not an ideal place if you hope to do any cooking, the kitchen has a very small fridge and little to no kitchen utensils but there is plenty of coffee pods, brita filter. The house was very good - hosts were very welcoming. My family stays in a lot of VRBOS this was great. we were a family of 5 so adjusting to one bath was ok. Would have been great to have a larger fridge. We typically try to get breakfast and lunches made before exploring for the day. We did like the stay - it was safe - family friendly and the hosts were welcoming and gave us some great pointers on where to go. ##### randell r. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for my family of 5\. It has a nice washer/dryer, a tv in every room, and super soft sheets on the beds. We felt very safe here amid quiet local residents. There are 2 coffee shops within walking distance. Only one hour north to fabulous Maine seafood and a lighthouse. Less than one hour south to Boston. Excellent communication from the host. I just figured we’d stay in at night. I was pleasantly surprised that the neighborhood was adorable in a quaint area with a lot of great trendy restaurants within walking distance. I also appreciated that there were organic coffee pods provided when the pods I brought weren’t compatible with their machine! Morning coffee win! The only drawback we had was that the refrigeraytor was small without a separate freezer. I had wanted to freeze ice packs for our coolers but only a couple fit. Still, not a deal breaker.
