Back Bay Boston Studio

Overall the studio was very nice, in a great location, felt very safe, and looked as pictured in the photos. The only negative is that during our stay the tv stopped working and a chair broke and despite many emails and messages to the property manager they all went unanswered. We tried calling and was unable to get through. Finally did a deep dive into past emails and found a different phone number 3 days before checkout where we could speak to an actual person about the issues. Nothing was fixed in the end and they apologized for never responding to the emails (they acknowledged they were received) so therefore I rated communication with the property manager as “terrible”.
