Nice place!
We had an excellent time, globally very nice. Look at the hotel’s restaurant schedule, it is diffiicult to understand and we showed up two times to finally find it was closed. Apart from that, the hotel’s staff is helping and caring.

The hotel was great overall, except for the Parking Valet that made inappropriate comments about physical appearance to my girlfriend. The managing staff was quick to act upon complaint, though.

Hotel magnifique et vraiment propre! Trameway à deux minutes de marche! Personnel gentil! J’y retournerais sans hésiter! Quartier sécurisant et petite rue adjacente avec petit café et resto sympa!

Hôtel très bien situé entre deux lignes de train, à 3-4 min de marche chacun. Hôtel très récent, la chambre était d’une bonne grosseur, la douche était très bien, beaucoup de rangements (le garde-robe ouvert est bien pensé). Le petit frigo et micro-onde sont biens pour la famille. La piscine est petite mais propre, et la terrasse est parfaite pour relaxer, nous avons beaucoup aimé.

Parking très difficile et très cher dans cette zone 45€ par jour dans l'hotel. De plus , j'avais prépayé la semaine mais ils m'ont quand même débité 50€ de caution par jour pour la chambre soit 100€. Par contre l'établissement a gentiment accepté de réduire la durée du séjour.

We were suppose to receive - and paid for - 2 QUEEN bed room, but we got a 2 FULL bed room. We are tall people and it was extremely uncomfortable!

Close to Harvard Medical School. Clean and friendly staff. Lack of some hotel supply, shower gel and robe. The AC is quite noise. No underground parking. Valet is rather expensive.

We found Brookline to be a wonderful section of Boston. The hotel and staff were fabulous. Always helpful and asking if we needed anything. Closed to several really nice coffee shops and restaurants.

Our stay here was very convenient to Brigham and Women’s Hospital. The hotel provided a shuttle between 7 am and 6:30 pm. . Our room was very big, cheery and well appointed. The only issue was the very loud HVAC system that sounded like a jet engine. Staff was very cordial and informative.
