Superbe expérience avec cet hôtel..nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits et tout était parfait...le staff, les petits déjeuners froids et chauds, la piscine, la chambre ultra propre. J y retournerais n importe quand!

The room was very clean and pretty big. I appreciate that there was a microwave and fridge. Free breakfast was a hug bonus and there were plenty of options. The location is great and is within walking distance of all of the major attractions.

Most Everything was ok. Until we went to use the pool. It smelled like the moldiest of mold! It hits you like a brick wall once you enter the pool area. Also, more than once, upon returning to our floor (6th floor) it literally smelled like poop. Actual poop. Came home and took the hottest shower I could handle. Beds were hard as rocks.

The location is great, walking distance to most attractions, we basically parked our car the car when we arrived and didn't touch it until we left a few days after check in. Hotel itself was nice and clean, some minor rough spots in the bathroom (looked like a piece of tile around shower was loose/missing), but nothing to really be alarmed about. The bed was my biggest complaint - while my 11 year old slept well, my wife and I both tossed and turned and woke up with sore backs. Oh well . . . The rest of the hotel was very clean, the pool was nice - although the floors were very wet (its a pool, so can't really control that) - so you just needed to be careful. The complementary breakfast was great for a quick bit before starting the day (eggs, cereal, bagels, muffins, waffle maker). Our few dealings with the staff were very friendly, but once checked in we didn't really bother them or need them for anything else. There are some homeless in Salem as well as a cannabis dispensary near by, but overall the area was safe. Its a city so it has city problems just like everywhere else in spots. Overall, great stay and would come back again. Salem is a fun little town and great for walking and this location was at the center of most of it.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was good and helped save money on eating out in the mornings. The rooms were decent sized and provided the necessities. The staff we interacted with were all very nice and helpful. The entrance door to our room had a lot of gap around it which meant you could hear a lot of noise from the hallway. Improving the sound leak from the hallway would be the main improvement I would ask for.

Very comfortable and great convenient location - wonderful heated pool - one of the elevators did not want to work for us even with the key - the lcd screen read "error" - tried a couple of times and had a moment of thinking we might be stuck when the door would not open - then someone called for the elevator on another floor and the door opened on that floor to our relief. We got off and waited for the other elevator which worked fine.

The pool was closed for 3 days of my vacation as well as being charged 199 dollars for 12 dollars of items. There was also a parking issue having to park on second floor that had no elevator access and I’m handicapped. Overall for the price I was unhappy with the stuff that went wrong. I will not stay there again!
