Close to South Shore hospital, Whole Foods, Friendly's restaurant, Walgreen, other amenities and quick access to the highway. The house has 3 regular bedrooms, 1 attic bedroom which is inside the first bedroom and 1 walk-out basement bedroom. Basic kitchen supplies such as pots, pans, silverwares are provided. The house is deep cleaned and sanitized after each stay to ensure guest's experiences. Driving from the house to downtown Boston is around 22 minutes without traffics. Only 2 minutes driving to South Shore hospital. Easy, 3 free parking in home’s driveway. Our home is situated on a dead-end street and near the commuter rail. Being near the commuter rail, when the train runs past, it can be a little loud but only briefly. The trains don’t run as frequently as the other T lines, as it is a commuter line. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or $250 extra cleaning fee. Pack and play is available at least 24 hours notice request before the check in time. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. Any manipulation of the cameras or the internet will result in the cancellation of the booking without refund. Quiet hours :9pm-8am. We have 3 off street parking spots in the driveway depends on car sizes. For safety reasons, please do not move furnitures. The check-in time is 4pm and the check-out time is 11pm. We often have to be strict regarding the check-out times so that the cleaning company has enough time to get the house ready for the next guests. However, whenever possible, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for earlier arrival or later departure. If you check-out between 11am and 12pm without prior approval you will be charged $100.00 automatically. If you check-out after 12pm without prior approval, you will be charged an additional night at the current rate shown on the calendar. Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables. Plenty of towels were provided. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, liquid hand soap, dish liquid, dishwasher pods , toilet paper and paper towels were all plentifully provided. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups, mugs, and eating utensils for our group of five. Check in/out was very easy and owner was quick to respond to any issues.This house worked fine for our family of five but is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. There are quite a few stairs. The steps on the outside front porch don’t have a handrail. The steps leading down to the basement are tall, narrow and also no handrail. It wasn’t a problem for our family. We used this house as a convenient home base to do sightseeing in the Boston area.In the evenings we enjoyed using the extra large smart tv in the family room but did have to use our own subscription to watch. As others have stated the house is in a quiet neighborhood and did feel very safe.There was lots of counter space and table space for eating. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is a bit far from the city, especially if you don't have a car. But the train station is so close and convenient and so easy to use, and very cost effective. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and felt very cozy! The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, this house was great and made our trip to Boston truly memorable. Safe neighborhood with stores and restaurants in close proximity. Not a lot of amenities for a larger group (e.g. one frying pan, one large pot, one small pot and no spices). There was plenty of room for 6 of us on our girls trip. I give this a 5 star but I would like to point out a few details that we wish we would’ve known. We files in from GA and didn’t rent a car. We had to Uber everywhere. The owner did leave an Uber gift card got us that we forgot to use :( Unfortunately nothing was walking distance so we were very limited on our snacks and drinks while at the house. We were so thankful to find coffee, creamer, and sweetener already there. There is no water or ice in the refrigerator door but there are ice trays in the freezer. There is no cable so each one of us had to log in to our movie apps to watch tv. The bedroom downstairs in the basement is very hot! A fan is provided and helps but I slept in and out of the covers each night. There are no electrical outlets in the bathroom in the basement. Our getting ready was limited to the upstairs bathroom and the half bath off of the kitchen - there were 6 of us !!! Again - this property receives 5 stars from me. The address was quiet and felt safe. The house was beautiful!! Thank you so much for sharing you home with us. ##### Brandy S.
