Le déjeuner était excellent! La chambre propre mais vieillotte. Le mobilier aurait besoin d’un bon rajeunissement. Mon commentaire négatif est pour le bruit. Des jeunes qui courent partout et qui claquent les portent jusqu’à 23:30. Jusqu’à 22h j’ai pas de problème à ce que les groupes s’amusent, mais j’aurais apprécié que le couvre-feu soit au moins un peu respecté passé ça.

Cold welcome when we arrived and when we left. The car Park is too expensive because the closest T stop is 7 minute drive away from the hotel and you have to pay to Park your car before taking the train. It is a shame that rooms have fitted carpet, not very hygienic especially when you go back to your room with sticky shoes after having breakfast in the breakfast area (floor of the beverage area was sticky ). Nice breakfast, quiet hotel.

Décevant pour le prix!
Nous sommes restés à cet hôtel en 2013 et 2015. Nous avions adorés notre expérience. C'est la raison de notre réservation en 2022. Toutefois, la qualité n'était plus au rendez-vous malgré le prix par nuit. Premièrement, le stationnement est rendu payant (15$ par nuit). Ceci est inacceptable considérant que cet hôtel est à 25 minutes de Boston et qu'il n'y a aucun moyen de transport collectif pour s'y rendre. De plus, trois matins sur 5, le déjeuner manquait de plusieurs items et il était mal entretenu...pas uniquement la faute de l'hôtel mais un minimum aurait été important. Les toilettes du gym étaient non-fonctionnel et le spa a été fermé une journée.

I am very disappointed at the condition of this hotel it was dirty, my key card kept deactivating o am disabled and had to keep going down to the desk to get my card activated to get into my room. The hotel staff was not keeping the hotel clean. Also when I booked I was not told about the $15.00 a night parking fee. I am very disappointed.

I liked the rooms and the lobby was beautiful. The rooms were ok but a bit dated and the couches and chairs had rips & stains. It was not the cleanest.

My boss and I booked a stay here with two beds. When we checked in, they said that room was accidentally books, so they would give us a suite with one king bed and a pull out couch. We then discovered that there was no pull out couch (after someone at the desk came up to help), so I had to sleep on a small couch (under 5 feet long). I do not fault the people at the front desk, but something must be wrong with the tech system.

The room we were given had a rip in the carpet with open nails sticking up near the door of our room. Very dangerous. Our room was not serviced during the day so we had to call daily for fresh towels. The coffee at breakfast tasted terrible. With all fees we spent close to $400 a night. Do not recommend at all.

The hotel bathroom was dirty there were old Q-tips on the floor. They never once brown new towels or cleaned room or took out garbage for 5 days there.

I was a little disappointed in Embassy Suites Waltham. The overall stay was “fine” but I guess I expect more from a Hilton property. The facilities were ok but a little run-down. The room was ok, but small. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The furniture was old The housekeeping was very inconsistent. When they came, the bathroom was always cleaned but the trash wasn’t emptied. The bedroom was cleaned but the bed wasn’t made. It was frankly, a little weird. I’ve stayed in worse hotels for sure. Nothing was truly bad, I just expected a little more

It's a pain to communicate by phone, plus there is garbage under the beds, the television doesn't have Netflix or YouTube, they are old televisions, the only good thing is the size of the room, ADD THAT THE EMPLOYEES STOLEN MY BELONGINGS WHICH THEY DID NOT RETURN AND TO COMMUNICATE THEY TOOK 8 hours to respond yes or no, in addition the staff dares to look for your number to call your personal number and not the room number without knowing the reason, a hotel that does that does not seem safe to me and also Does not respond if they find your forgotten objects in the room, keeping you with insertion and hotel with filthy rooms, the manager mishandles. Dirty and shameless
