To comply with Boston regulations, we require a simple contract between the host and your company. No additional payments required outside of this platform. Please inquire. Laundry: The closest laundromat is Bay Village Cleaners at 250 Tremont St., Boston, MA. Bathroom: The bathroom space is on the tighter side, so please be mindful of the limited space when moving around. Toilet: The toilet may require holding the flush down for a little longer than usual to ensure proper flushing. Water Heating: The water may take a bit longer to warm up than expected, so please allow some extra time for hot water to reach the desired temperature. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The location was very convenient. Near two subway (T) stations. Orange and Green lines. We did not attend any theater performances, but theaters were within a block or two. We needed refresh of some supplies, and host had them delivered. We did not do any cooking, but all needed equipment appeared to be present. It appeared the apartment had recently been painted and some furniture relocated compared to the picture. We found key retrieval to be easy using the T (subway). We took bus from the airport to the T station. Took Blue line to State. Changed to Orange line there and took it to North Station. The 7-11 was just across the street to pick up keys. Got back on the Orange line and took it to Chinatown station. Walked one block to Tremont and a block and a half to 224\. Could not have been easier.Communication from the host was excellent.The price was excellent and the apartment was just what we needed. ##### Kerry G. Only downside is retrieving and returning the key at a separate location. They use pretty strong language about returning the key by checkout time. Sheets of polyester dirty and smelly, bathroom uncleaned from the last tenant, old building smelly unsafe stairs, unsafe environment and I do not think that they have the permission of sanitation and habitability. When I saw the room I tried to cancel and call customer service, any answer and returned call. I have to go to the police and cancel in my bank the operation. As I have to request the help of the police they promise to request a cancellation, but still is unsure. Street address sent had no apartment number so when I entered the multiple story building it could not be determined which apartment I was booked for. I sent text, emails & made several phone calls and no one was available to resolve the issue. After two hours of exhausting every communication option. I loaded my bags into my friends car and went to a concert that we purchased tickets for the month before. The location to pick up the keys and drop off is on the other side of the city so that was also ridiculous. I finely got in after 2:00 am when the owner or property manager sent me the details. Once inside the place was a dump. I would strongly urge others not to stay at this location. I am disputing the charges with mt credit card company as this was not as advertised John ##### John M. Ich hatte vor meinen Ferien eine gute Unterkunft gesucht und habe sie mit diesem Studio definitiv gefunden. Das WLAN hat super funktioniert.
