I had to make my own bed, Breakfast is a big lie
My bed wasn't made upon my arrival. I had to make my own bed. The bed was ABSOLUTELY uncomforable. Mind you I paid extra for a supposedly a more luxurious room. There was only 1 person working in the building at the time of my arrival. Breakfast is a huge lie, huge lie! There's no breakfast in the hotel.

Check out was great. Check in gentleman did not deliver professional service however. But everything else was very good. It was clean and the grounds are well maintained. Decor was beautiful.

Arrived at 5 pm, rooms were not ready to check in. Stayed in the lobby for about two hours. Lady at the front desk took my phone number to call me whenever the room was ready.. never got a call. I had to go back and and ask again for the room almost two hours later I had to get ready, had somewhere to be and the wait was veryyy inconvenient.
