I stayed here because I was attending a conference at the Encore Boston Harbor. This property fit my budget and is just three blocks away from a MTA bus that runs frequently and connects with the one I needed to get to this hotel.The host is a very nice person, answering all my questions, plus greeting me in person and carrying my suitcase upstairs to my room.The room is very clean, a large bedroom with its own A/C unit. The mattress is superb-- so comfortable! All linens were fresh.The neighborhood is very quiet at night.The bathroom is shared. It is meticulous and cleaned daily.CAVEAT ABOUT STAIR CLIMBING: There are two steep flights of stairs. The host states this clearly in the property description, but this is a rental of a bedroom and the shared bathroom only. This is NOT "B & B" like.I definitely shall return because I am out all day, but if a person is expecting more, such as use of the kitchen and living room, this is not the property he/she should rent. To note: The bus is three very short blocks away. If one takes it heading north about 4-5 blocks, there are numerous neighborhood restaurants.

Antes de ir al alojamiento pregunté por la posibilidad de dejar nuestro equipsje tanto antes de hacer el check in como una vez hecho el check out y me dijeron que todo dependía de si habían huéspedes. Después a la hora de la verdad resulta que esta opción no la contemplan nunca. Creo que deberían ser más honestos y sinceros de entrada para así la gente poder saber desde el primer momento que no podrá dejar el equipaje antes del check in ni después del check out, y que no hay posibilidad de entrada antes de las 3 de la tarde.
