Experience coastal luxury and elegance in this stunning home located right by the tranquil shores of Point of Pines in Revere. This magnificent residence offers the perfect setting for your upcoming getaway, just a one-minute stroll from Revere Beach in Boston. Enjoy exclusive resident-only beach access, allowing you to immerse yourself in the peaceful charm of coastal living.  
  
Note : Swimming pool open from (April 15- Sep 30)  
  
Ideal place for working professionals, families, or someone visiting Boston for the weekend. Free 2 car PARKING INCLUDED  
  
Located just 15 mins from Boston Airport, 17 mins from famous TD garden and Boston North End and 20 mins from beautiful neighborhoods of Somerville.  
  
This 7 room beach house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths on 2 levels of living area. The home boasts excellent sunlight floor featuring beautiful chef kitchen with new countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining room and main living area all finely decorated. This floor also provides direct access to a private courtyard with plenty of room for outdoor dining. This level also features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.  
  
Adding to the space is an entertainment room located on ground level with game room and pool table, its own full bath and direct access to the outside. This level has bedroom 3.  
  
The home has 2 levels.  
\- Basement/Ground level has 1 bedroom, 1 full bath & entertainment space, laundry  
\- 1st floor has family room, kitchen and dining area along with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath  
  
Property amenities include fully stocked kitchen, furnished bedrooms, game room, central A/C and heater, exclusive pool access with outdoor dining/seating, grill and steam bath in on of the bathrooms. A steam generator is installed in the basement bathroom, allowing you to luxuriate in its steam.  
  
ADDITIONAL:  
We do have video surveillance of the front door, driveway which helps us in maintaining the property from a distance. The video is motion activated, but can be checked at any time by the hosts via live feed. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.  
  
We welcome all groups (friends and families) to our home, as long as rules are followed. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties and events.  
  
The nightly rates are reflective of minimum guest booking with no pets. We request you to add the exact count of guests, children and pets at the time of reservation for the nightly rates to be accurately reflected for any additional charges.  
  
PETS:  
\- Up to 2 pets allowed ($100 fee per stay). Approval needed for more, with extra fees.  
\- Keep pets leashed while walking in the neighborhood.  
\- ⁠No unattended pets  
\- No pets on furniture and pool (sofas, beds, etc).  
\- ⁠Clean up after them inside and outside  
\- Prevent excessive barking or noise.  
  
While $100 pet fee covers extra cleaning, but additional charges apply for uncollected pet waste, soiled linens, or damaged furniture. Thanks for keeping our space pet-friendly for all!  
  
SMOKING/DRUGS POLICY This is no smoking and no drug use house. Use of such is strictly prohibited inside or outside on premises. $500 fee for evidence of smoking or drug use plus additional cleaning fees apply.  
  
Note: Given the close proximity to the airport, you might occasionally hear airplane sounds when seating outdoors.

#### Wonderful retreat

We needed a place close to home while we had some remodeling done. This home was more than we expected. Aptly named Serenity as it was a haven for the two weeks we had to live away. We also had our two furbabies with us. The kitchen was a chef's dream.

Fantastic house! It’s beautifully decorated, very spacious, and has plenty of high-end amenities. The outdoor area near the pool is great, and it’s just a short walk to the beach access point for a walk. We brought our pup which made for a great family trip- he had plenty of room to run around and liked just being in the fenced in back yard, just sniffing and hanging out. Everything in the house (e.g., lights) was clearly labeled with ann excellent binder in the kitchen full of useful information. The communication- both before and during our stay- was some of the best I’ve experienced. The house was spotless and had a good chill clean vibe. While you can hear planes from nearby Logan Airport on certain days, this was clearly disclosed in the listing, so it wasn’t an issue for us. The location is excellent – we visited Cambridge, Salem, and downtown Boston, and none of the drives felt too long. Residential neighborhood that was quiet and very cute. Neighbors had fun Halloween decorations. Huge kitchen that was well stocked! They also have two standard drip coffee makers and an espresso machine, which was a nice touch. Beds were very firm. Downstairs game room was a great place for our kids to chill. Honestly the house had a great layout and was much bigger than I would have expected. Overall, it’s clear the owners take great care of this home, and it made for a really enjoyable stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us! We really appreciate it.

#### Great House in a perfect location!

This was our first time renting a whole house. I wanted a space that the family could all be together instead of multiple hotel rooms. This house was perfect. We had 6 adults in the house and there was plenty of space. The kitchen island was huge and perfect for preparing meals and chatting with the family. The dinning room table was perfect for eating and playing games. We also played pool, watched TV using our Apps (which we enjoy so much better than cable), and relaxed. The location was perfect and we were able to sightsee in Boston, Cambridge, and Salem. We took the T into Boston but drove into Cambridge and Salem to tour. We had an easy time going there and back. Exploring was fun and it was great coming home knowing we had parking right at the house. While we were there it snowed so we took a walk on the beach during the snow storm which turned out to be very special. Coming from Florida we don't get snow on the beach! The roads were plowed quickly and someone even shoveled our stairs and walkway! Logistically - getting in and out of the house was easy. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were great and always answered my questions quickly. Highly recommend whole house rentals ... and highly recommend this house in particular.

#### Great home near beach and Boston

We came for Christmas with family but wanted a house to stay together with those from out of town. The house is recently renovated with comfy beds,gorgeous kitchen, great bathrooms and pool table . The kitchen is well stocked It’s a very comfortable home In summer pool will be great Thanks for sharing this home with us - we loved staying here
