Valet parking seemed excessive for someone staying there. Nice rooms, very small, not super quiet, appreciated the mini market, showed up very late and kids were hungry. Also there was no hot water in the AM—a nice hotel downtown Boston with only luke warm water.

Unfortunately, the hotel experienced an unforeseen water boiler malfunction, which has since been repaired. I am glad to see your family enjoyed our Refuel : Grab and Go ,24 hr. food pantry. Stood at this hotel with two young children and my husband. Clean beds were comfortable, pool was warm which was a plus ! Only thing the hotel doesn’t have is a kid friendly menu. They were able to just make a cheese pizza which helped. There is a Brazilian steak house attached to the hotel which was cool but again not kids friendly. Overall our stay was good I would recommend this hotel

Our room was not very clean, old conditioner and shampoo all over the bathroom shower, my daughter found an old mascara tube in the room. It’s not conveniently located next to annnnyyyything. So plan to pay to park not only at the hotel but where ever your destination is bc there isn’t even a Starbucks with in 1/2 a mile and downtown is a solid hour walk. Also no complimentary breakfast which is absolutely fine but they advertise free coffee espresso cappuccino & the machine was broken the entire stay:(

I am sorry you were not aware there were 2 Starbucks within walking stance of the hotel as well as the fabulous restaurants and bars located just a 10-minute walk from our front door to the lively Seaport Boulevard. We are also just a 10-minute walk to the World Trade Center stop on the silver line that will bring you into downtown. Unfortunately, parking has increased in the Boston area due to the high demand with Conferences and local attractions. For the inconvenience of our complimentary Expresso machine being temporarily out of order, I have submitted 5000 points to your Marriott Bonvoy account. We appreciate you as a Marriott Bonvoy member.

The place is modern quiet clean and beautiful , we took a connecting room that we request at the lobby 1king and 2 queen beds , the rooms were clean, comfy , the size was okay for a familly of 6, they need to make some work in the bathroom toilets did not flush well ,take a long time to have hot water to take a shower ,no free breakfast ,mini fridge is just enough to keep water ,no microwave in room ,only downstairs which i didn't like we had to go heating the kids food there all the time. Staff were excellent I'd stay here again.

The proprty is not that bad. The staff seemed indifferent and barely with their heads down mostly avoiding any eye contact. When leaving an employee working the front door offered to fetch us a cab to the cruise liner which he said was a $10 fare. Guy picks us up in a taxi and says its $20 dollars. Definitely feel taken advantage of and suspect some kick back scheme took place with us. I've worked at hotels and I know how these thing work.

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was all very nice and the hotel was very clean. It was local to restaurants and in perfect walking distance even.

Went for a weekend trip to Boston, my companion and i loved the rooms. We felt the hotel overall was great. The hotel was very accommodating for Late Check In, as i was coming in after 12:00am. The hotel is tucked near the port but you never hear the ships due to good soundproofing and we had a harbor view. We didnt not eat breakfast but the options were nice. The bar is a good location in the hotel for hanging out. Will stay again!!!
