Amazing place

We really enjoy to stay at Jenny House. Everything was so clean. The communication was easy the area is quiet and everything was perfect. A very very good Price for that quality of property and thé host have been very vélo full. Thank you so much for your hospitality we had wonderful time.

Great stay

Such a lovely place to stay. It is clean, modern, well appropriated and maintained. The location was excellent with many amenities close by. We especially appreciated the availability of the hosts and their rapid responses to our inquiries.The street is busy with traffic at times with some noise but not really bothersome and you have to be careful backing out of the driveway. There are two sets of stairs so if that is a problem this is not the place for you. Otherwise I highly recommend it.

I never stayed. I made the booking and then the management reached out and told me they charged me the wrong amount and it should be several times higher. They asked me to cancel the reservation via Expedia, which I did. I’m not entirely sure if I’ve been reimbursed or not. Management was polite, but in my view, they should have honored the rate they listed and took the reservation for on Expedia. In the end, I was wasted time and had to book another hotel at a significantly higher rate than it would have been how I booked it earlier.

Great place to stay. Very roomy and very clean. Great communication by the host. Parking spot on the side was fabulous and surrounded by beautiful flowers and a koi pond. The master bedroom had noise from the street. This was disclosed in the listing so I took ear plugs and there was no issue. The place had everything we needed. Went into Boston a few days. The trip in was congested but the drive back was quick.

Boston Marathon stay - great location

It was a perfect place for two families to stay while we were in town for the Boston Marathon. The neighborhood had everything we needed, and the hosts were very responsive to our messages. We would recommend and use it again!

Quincy three bedroom VRBO

Our family stayed in this lovely home for a family reunion. There were 9 of us, ranging in age from 17-77. The home is great and the bedrooms have comfy beds and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well equipped and it had a large refrigerator. There are stairs to climb to enter the living space and all bedrooms are upstairs. The closets are extra large!!! Enjoyed our stay with private parking and the flowers, water feature and waterfall is like an oasis in a cement jungle. Great restaurant on the corner for delicious breakfast.

Boston Graduation

Needed a place to stay for 6 people to attend my son’s graduation. Didn’t want to do 3 hotel rooms so we stayed here. Very close to downtown and Seaport district where my son lives. House was great. Some road noise but host explains that well in description of home. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a very nice stay at this property. It was comfortable and clean. It was a little hard to get in and out of driveway but that was the only drawback. The owners were very nice and accommodating. I would highly recommended a stay here.

Beautiful clean townhouse!

The townhouse is beautiful and very clean and well maintained. The location is on a fairly busy street and we had to walk our dogs about 2 blocks for them to use the bathroom. Other than that, the hosts were very nice and the townhome beautiful and SUPER clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Great house for family outside Boston

Perfect sized house for a family of 5 (3 teen boys)! and our dog! House seemed brand new, and you could tell the owners put a lot of work into it. The listing pictures reflect how nice it is. Take a look at the street pics to get a sense of the neighborhood. There is a great park within a minute walk, and Quincy has a lot of great restaurants and shops within a few minutes. We took the redline from Quincy Center to Boston on a couple of days. The station is only a mile away, and there’s a parking garage very close. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for our family of five. My husband, myself, our two adult sons and adult granddaughter. Plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Two showers and a tub made easy for all to get ready to start the day. It was so great to have a parking spot next to the property, the landscaping and Koi pond was so amazing. Our host checked in multiple times asking if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this property if visiting the area.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We have been traveling the Northeast Coast and this was the best of the places we stayed. Owner was very responsive. House was meticulously cleaned. The beds were comfortable. I know others have commented about the sound but it didn’t bother us as we slept with sound machines. The parking lot was surrounded by a beautiful garden and pond the owners have diligently created and cared for and it was such a sweet touch to our stay. The area has really good food- We walked to Liberty Tavern for dinner one night which was so good. We also had amazing Italian at Gennaro Eatery and Mexican food at La Paloma.

Beautiful Property

We had an excellent visit. The property was lovely and Jen was very responsive. The onsite parking was a big bonus. Beware that there are 2 flights of steep stairs one to get to the living area and another to get the the bedroom area and if you are not used to city traffic the street in front of the property was very busy from about 4 am.

Nice House

This was a very nice house with beautiful flowers all around the outside property. It was very clean with nice furnishings. We did not like having plastic covers on the mattresses. It made the beds too hot. The bathroom sinks and showers did not drain well enough. the kitchen could use a few more items, like steak knives and small plates for sandwiches or toast. The most annoying thing was the noise from all the street traffic early in the mornings. Especially noticeable from the master bedroom.

Nice neighborhood outside the city of Boston

I was pleasantly surprised to find the property just as described. It was very clean and communication with Jenny was great. I had to ask for some hangers and a toaster which she promptly brought to me. When the listing describes needing ear plugs, they were not kidding. The home is tastefully designed but the construction is cheap, you can hear everything inside the house and out. I thought my daughter was in my bedroom talking to me and turns out she was downstairs. It's a short 15 minute walk to the T, which made traveling handy. I would book again. The only thing that I would add, is that they should supply ear plugs. Luckily I had some in my bag.
