The apartment is also fully furnished and has fully-stocked kitchen equipment - ideal for long-term stays. The apartment is also professionally managed to ensure quality service is being provided to our tenants. Kushala Sip, a brand-new coffee house, and tapas bar, is now open on the ground floor! The entire apartment will be your private space. There is an elevator, and the building is handicap accessible. The unit is located on the second floor. Here is how the apartment is laid out. Please know that the photos shown on the listing have the same lay-out with the apartment, but furniture may vary slightly.
