It was very clean and well furnished with comfortable beds. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to the outskirts of Boston and near Franklin Park Zoo which we visited to see Boston Lights. Con - if you have over 4 guests, you will be charged extra. I've stayed in a lot of short-term rentals and never paid more b/c someone would need to open a bedroom/do more laundry. Con - VERY thin walls and floors/ceilings. We heard every move by the party above us. To the owner's credit, when I complained about a party above us at midnight, she helped notify the guests the next day to calm down the crowd. Con - very sparsely furnished kitchen - a few plates, bowls, utensils, glasses, and some pots & pans. If you plan to cook for your crowd to save on high Boston-area prices, check the unit first to see what you can actually cook. The major complaint/issue we had was with the upstairs residents. Theyy were blairinf music very loud on both nights ( ( Saturdays Sunday).
