« Établissement récent, bien aménagé, les chambres sont grandes, luxueuses et propres. Bonne connexion wifi, bon choix de chaînes télé, facilité d’accès depuis l’autoroute. La nuitée inclus le petit-déjeuner au restaurant ainsi qu’une consommation gratuite au souper. On y mange très bien, le service est excellent, seul bémol c’est fumeur et en tant que nord-américains nous avons perdus l’habitude de manger alors que d’autres fument mais comme la clientèle est principalement locale et que la...

« Très bon séjour à tous niveaux, vraiment un personnel sympathique et à l'écoute ; un cadre naturel superbe et une chouette piscine ! Le logement est propre et le sauna est un vrai PLUS ! S'il fallait vraiment trouver un bémol je dirai : le petit déjeuner qui ne propose pas un jus frais et où on ne trouve pas un buffet pour se servir ni choisir les mets. »

« Lors de mon arrivée, la directrice de l'hôtel m'a expliqué qu'il y a eu une erreur lors de la réservation (j'ai réservé qq heures avant mon arrivée), et m'a proposé une solution d'hébergement alternative, j'ai eu un formidable appartement de 60 m2 en centre ville (à qqs mètres de l'hôtel). En plus, j'ai eu le droit à consommer gratuitement au bar pendant mon séjour. Les gérants de l'hôtel sont un couple très gentil, Mr Popara Ibrahim m'a proposé de m'accompagner pour faire un tour en ville et...

"Hôtel bien situé, proche du centre ville de Sarajevo. Une station de tramway est accessible devant l'hôtel, autrement, le centre ville est visitable a pied sans aucun soucis voire même la ville entièrement. Service OK, propreté OK, le bémol est la salle de bain (inondation après la douche, vraiment) pas bien agencée, un peu année 80...le petit dej est très bien et copieux !"

"The hotel is located at short walking distance from downtown streets where are located restaurants and boutiques. Front desk personnel are very nice and helpful. Don't forget to reserve a parking spot, because there are only 15 of them. I needed to park in a public parking the first night and managed to get a parking spot at the hotel for the second night. "
