"Absolutely wonderful! I’ve been to many cities and this hotel was not only beautiful but the staff were top notch. They knew their stuff and were so helpful. I walked in late after a long day sight seeing and asked if there were ice. A gentleman got up to help me and took me to the ice machine and helped me. Our room was the cleanest I’ve ever seen a hotel room. It was comfortable and had everything we could need. Very up to date. Close to whatever you need. Food, shopping, venues, transportation and parking. Parking is just down the street and a little pricy but worth the ease. Next visit back I’ll be staying here. "

"Excellent service and a comfortable clean room. Delicious hot breakfast. I appreciated the 24hours coffee. Hotel is located in an industrial zone away from tourist areas, but within 5 minutes walk to a subway station and 10-15 minutes drive to La Guardia airport. "
