Shops are just steps away, making it ideal for a car-free holiday. Located on the second floor, it has windows on both sides. It comfortably accommodates four people, with two bedrooms (one double bed 140cm and two single beds 80cm), a spacious kitchen (dishwasher) opening onto a closed loggia (washing machine), a shower room, and a separate toilet. You'll appreciate the southwest-facing loggia overlooking the residence's gardens. A numbered parking space (167) is available under the pergolas. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning is included in the price. Linen rental is extra (must be ordered at least one week prior to arrival). Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
