### Comfortable holiday center house with its own garden directly at the nature reserve
The holiday home at the end of a cul-de-sac is located directly in the Bantjedünen nature reserve. From here you have an unobstructed view of the beautiful dune landscape. The house has on the ground floor a large living room with a new cozy sofa corner, flat screen TV and a cozy dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker etc. is also available. The guest toilet can be found in the hallway area on the ground floor. The upper floor is equipped with a bathroom including shower, toilet and washing machine. The first bedroom on the upper floor has a double bed 180cmx 200cm and the second bedroom has an extra wide loft bed 140cm x 200cm per bed and a single bed. A children's travel bed is also available as well as a high chair. The entire house is tiled for allergy sufferers. Furthermore, a terrace with garden furniture, your own garden and a parking space belongs to the house. The city center and the beach are about 10 minutes away by bike. to reach.

#### Erholsame Tage in ruhig gelegenem Haus
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne entspannte Zeit. Einrichtung des Ferienhauses ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Auch in der Küche gab es alles, was man brauchte. Einziges Manko: Kein WLAN. ( Ein deutlicher Hinweis darauf wäre schön.)

#### Super tolle Wohnung
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war top. Bei der Ausstattung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Naja, für uns als Cacher, die doch dazu immer Internet brauchen, wäre WLAN noch das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen. Doch auch so hat es uns super gut gefallen und wir wollten überhaupt nicht weg.

#### Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Das Haus liegt am Rande des Naturschutzgebietes sehr ruhig und eher außerhalb des Ortskern von Borkum, ist aber mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus selber ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der neuen und modernen Küche übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Der Wohnbereich ist mit einer bequemen und hübschen Wohnlandschaft möbliert. Im oberen Teil des Hauses befinden sich die Schlafzimmer. Unsere Kinder waren von den großen Hochbetten (140x200 m) sehr angetan. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist mit einem recht hohen Doppelbett ausgestattet, das für unsere Verhältnisse etwas zu harte Matratzen hatte. Im Badezimmer ist die Waschmaschine untergebracht. Die Terrasse zum kleinen Garten haben wir aufgrund des windigen Wetters nicht genutzt, aber im Sommer lädt diese bestimmt zu schönen Stunden ein. Das Haus beinhaltet einen eigenen Parkplatz und vor dem Haus besteht die Möglichkeit, die Räder abzustellen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohl gefühlt in dem Haus in den Bantjedünen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Sowohl der Kontakt zum Eigentümer als auch der mit Frau Schröder war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerne weiter!

#### Schöne Lage, schönes Ferienmittelhaus
Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und ist nett eingerichtet. Die Betten sind gut, unser Sohn liebte das Hochbett. Die Matratzen vom Ehebett waren uns persönlich etwas zu hart. Die Lage ist auch gut, es ist alles prima mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und sehr freundlich. Frau Schröder haben wir auch kennengelernt und auch sie ist sehr nett und hat sich nach dem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden das Häuschen jederzeit wieder buchen.

#### Ferienhaus Meeresrauschen Borkum
Ordentliche Unterkunft für den weniger anspruchsvollen Urlaubsgast. Einrichtung weitgehend o.k., der Toaster sollte ersetzt werden und bei den Kleiderschränken müssten hier und da die Griffe befestigt werden. Leider kein W-LAN. Die Lage des Ferienhauses bietet Ruhe und Erholung pur. Die Entfernung bis Borkum Zentrum ist allerdings schon recht weit.

#### Erholung pur und naturnah
Für Naturliebhaber und Ruhe liebende Gäste perfekt geeignet. Zum Zentrum braucht man ein Fahrrad, aber das ist auf Borkum sowieso am besten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind besonders hoch und haben ausgezeichnete Matratzen. Zwei getrennte Toiletten sind auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt 🤗 Borkum ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise Wert!

#### Für Radfahrer - typisch Borkum :-)
Hübsches, zweckmäßiges Objekt, etwas ab "vom Schuss", aber nett gelegen und wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Ostrand gut zu erreichen. Sehr entgegenkommender Vermieter und trotz Corona hat alle geklappt. WLAN wäre ganz praktisch, sonst aber wirklich top.

#### Schöne, erholsame Ferien mit allem was man braucht!
Wir waren im August 2 Wochen mit der Familie hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen Familienurlaub braucht. Lediglich der abgebildete Starndkorb, der sehr verlockend im Angebot zu sehen ist, ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Das sollte im Angebot überarbeitet werden. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Schröder war prima und der sehr nette Austausch vor Reisebeginn mit den Vermietern suchte seines Gleichen. Also rundherum empfehlenswert.

#### Eine schöne und ruhige Unterkunft direkt am Naturschutzgebiet
Wir haben das Häuschen mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern im Alter von 7, 5 und 1,5 Jahren bewohnt. Die Schlafzimmer waren geräumig und das Etagenbett hat nicht die Standardgröße, sondern dürfte bei 120/140 cm Breite liegen. Unseren Kleinsten konnten wir bequem im Babybett im Elternschlafzimmer unterbringen. Vor Ort sind wir gut von Familie Schröder betreut worden und vor Abreise hatten wir einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt zum Hauseigentümer. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und ein Tiefkühlfach hat manchmal gefehlt. Das wäre auch aus unserer Sicht der einzige Makel an diesem Haus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die robuste Bauweise, wir haben nämlich nie etwas von unseren Nachbarn gehört/mitbekommen. UND die Rollläden in den Schlafzimmern! Das ist in Ferienhäusern nicht selbstverständlich. Das Haus ist wohl sehr abseits vom Geschehen, was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir Fahrräder und ein Auto dabei hatten. Sollten wir noch einmal auf Borkum Urlaub machen, würden wir dieses Haus wieder buchen.

#### Winterurlaub auf der Insel
Ein sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtetes, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Reihenendhaus. Besonders angenehm ist die Lage direkt in der Natur, ideal für Erholungssuchende. Die Stadt ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca.15-20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wer nicht viel Gepäck hat und Zeit sparen will, kann direkt am Bhf Fahrräder mieten. Ein sehr nettes Verwalterehepaar wohnt in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr angenehm und völlig unproblematisch. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist genauso wie es in der Beschreibung steht,es ist ein sehr schönes,sauberes und gemütliches Eigenheim.Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden.Die Betten sind sehr gut.Auf den großen Sofa finden alle ein gemütliches Plätzchen für einen Fernsehn oder Spieleabend. Wir waren 3Erw.u 2Kinder und hatten reichlich Platz im und um das Haus.Da es etwas weiter weg vom Stadtkern und Strand liegt, benötigt man auf jedenfall einen fahrbaren Untersatz.Wir haben uns Fahrräder gemietet und haben tolle Touren gemacht.Es liegt unmittelbar an den Dünen vom Ostland, deshalb auch sehr ruhig und erholsam. Da wir sehr schönes Wetter hatten,waren wir jeden Tag am wunderschönen sehr großen Strand.Auch die Kutschfahrt ins Ostland war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.Ich würde immer wieder hier Urlaub machen. Wir haben im Ferienhaus alles so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Ausreichend Geschirr (Gläser waren etwas knapp) war vorhanden und alles, was man/frau sonst noch so in der Küche braucht. Außerdem war das Haus sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Betten sehr bequem. Für uns hätte die Beleuchtung über dem Esstisch und im Bad etwas heller sein dürfen. Sonst haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbracht (die Insel ist einfach traumschön), das Haus ist für Erholungssuchende ideal gelegen, sehr ruhig und mitten in den Dünen. Für uns mit zwei Kindern war es zu weit von der Stadt und vom Strand entfernt - allerdings kann man so auch täglich schöne Radtouren genießen...Fahrräder empfehlen sich auf jeden Fall :)
