The brand new three-room apartment in a sea view villa allows you to reach the beaches in just a few steps and enjoy a holiday of absolute tranquility: it is located in the peaceful residential area of Pineland, characterized by the presence of villas, gardens, citrus groves and, in general, from buildings of reduced size and elevation. The services are close at hand, the promenade and the historic center of Loano are just a few minutes away.  
  
Spacious, on two floors in the attic floor for a total of 61 square meters, Lancelot welcomes you with the soft colors of blue, vanilla and taupe, and embraces you with the brown of the wood. Furnished in a modern style, it has a kitchen with induction plates, microwave and dishwasher, plasma TV and two bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with suspended sanitary ware and shower enclosure. Wi-Fi included.  
  
A terrace on the first floor offers glimpses of the surrounding landscape and overlooks the sea. Private garage available.
