"Safari was good no complaints there however,
We booked the honeymoon suite, it’s the same as all the other rooms just with rose petals on the bed.
They charge you extra for sundowners if you have a double, they charge you for water on the drives even though it’s offered to you as if it’s included.
Food is average, very basic. Some local cuisine would be nice.
Staff very difficult over charging and bills, no menu provided or price list for extra game drives, they made up the prices.

"The tent facilities are great - every reasonable thing has been considered to make your stay comfortable and it is all at a competitive price. Staff are friendly and helpful. The game drives are all led by knowledgeable and friendly staff so even if the wild-life is sometimes hard to find, they do their utmost to keep you informed and enjoy the experience of being in the "bush". A great place to stay for an African experience. It does not provide (the unwanted) 5* accommodation but provides a real feel of what many people would like to find. It was our 5th visit, so that must show something to indicate our approval! "
