The atypical studio (30m²) is located in a stone house dating from the nineteenth century, a 3-minute walk from Saint Jean de Bordeaux train station. The accommodation and fully furnished, equipped and tastefully decorated to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.  
 Very spacious and bright it has a private terrace, closed and secure. The kitchen area offers everything you need: appliances, utensils, tea and coffee for every arrival.  
 The bathroom with shower is spacious, all toiletries and towels are provided and free.  
Parking available, on reservation at 15 € / day.
