The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Cenon, this charming apartment releasing, with a decoration Bohemian smart, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accommodate to 4 travelers. Located on the 11th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, an office space and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A living room of 30 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa and armchair and dining area  
\- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...  
\- An office space with a double sofa bed  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)  
\- A bathroom with bath and toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, fan, iron.

\- A balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days  
  
The apartment is ideally located in Cenon, in a popular neighborhood, with a very pleasant park at the foot of the residence (tower from the 70s). You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Activities :  
Not far from Bordeaux, Cenon stands at the top of a small hill whose summit culminates at an altitude of 70 meters on the right bank of the Garonne. Overlooking the alluvial plains and the Bordeaux region, it opens up into the charming Entre-deux-Mers and offers a breathtaking 180-degree view of the river.  
\- Tourist sites: the city of Bordeaux (a city of art and history with a prestigious heritage), Saint-Émilion (a charming medieval city renowned for its vineyards), the Gironde estuary, Bourg (a picturesque little town on the banks of the Dordogne), Libourne (a port bastide).  
\- Sporting activities: various hikes, day bike rides in the vineyards, the Pays Gabay bicycle path...  
\- Cultural visits : the wine city (a celebration of the wines of the world in an atypical museum), the Aquitaine museum, the castle of Vayres...  
\- Gastronomic heritage: discovery of the vineyards, the oyster of the Arcachon basin, the cannelé...  
  
Transportation :  
\- You can park for free near the accommodation.  
\- Tramway at 2 minutes walk (Palmer or Buttinieres stops) allowing to reach the center of Bordeaux in 20 minutes.  
\- Nearest train station: Cenon at 2.3 km (about 6 minutes)  
\- Nearest airport: Bordeaux at 22.5 km (about 24 minutes)  
  
Other remarks :  
\- Sheets and towels included.  
\- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).  
\- Secured residence, with an intercom. Access to the building by badge. In case of loss of this badge, 50 € will be charged.  
\- The flat offers plenty of storage space while retaining a personal touch, as it is regularly occupied by the owners. The decoration, books and other items contribute to the flat's charm and unique atmosphere.  
\- Some cupboards are locked  
\- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.  
\- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.  
\- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.  
\- Work is currently underway in the residence, which may temporarily affect the cleanliness of the common areas and cause water outages during the day.  
\- The tram service to Bordeaux city centre is currently suspended, doubling the journey time, some of which must be done on foot.  
  
To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Peters Conciergerie (concierge / housekeeping service).
