Located on the 11th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, an office space and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. It was not very comfortable stay, we found small bits of smashed glass around the kitchen that hadn’t been cleaned up from previous guests and my partner cut his foot on a piece. There were very tired bed linens, we ended up buying our own bed linens and pillows to try to get a decent night’s sleep but the mattress was very worn too. The apartment wasn’t very clean to begin with and was full of the owners personal stuff so we couldn’t relax or use much of any of the space, the freezer was full of their own food, as were the cupboards. Every shelf and drawer and space had their own items in it. So we couldn’t unpack our own things and instead lived out of our suitcases for a month. The bathroom was in a poor state. The toilet flush didn’t work most of the time, and it would leak water onto the floor. There were pigeons nesting on the balcony that the property manager told us not to disturb… so we didn’t, but they ended up covering the whole balcony in poo so it was unusable anyway. The windows in the bedroom leaked during a big rainstorm one night, the lifts in the building constantly broke down. (Not the owners fault of course but please be aware if you have disability or need an elevator/lift this is not the apartment for you. We only chose this apartment as we needed something this side of the river whilst we worked nearby Cenon for a month, as there was little choice we chose to extend the stay by a little but we were very happy to have left. ##### Isabella J.
