The apartment is located in a stone dwelling dating from the nineteenth century, 3 minutes walk from Gare Saint Jean de Bordeaux. The accommodation is fully furnished, equipped and decorated with taste, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.  
  
A large kitchen open to the living room, equipped and functional, with all the necessary household appliances: oven, hob, fridge, small appliances. A living room welcomes you in a pleasant atmosphere, bright and warm. The room is spacious, has plenty of storage, all linen is provided.  
  
The apartment is located on the ground floor with easy access at any time of the day, while being secure and respecting regulatory standards.  
  
Parking available on reservation, 15 € / day.  
  
The housing is non-furniner (a fine according to Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 will be charged in case of non-compliance). No pets allowed.
