Come and settle in this cosy and welcoming flat, nicely decorated in an urban and friendly atmosphere, organized around a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs, two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and storage space, the other with a double sofa bed. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, washbasin and towel rail. Coordinated and warm furnishings. 1 master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom, a bathroom and a separate WC. Reversible air conditioning. A cot can be provided at a cost of €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair. \## DEPOSIT A bank imprint of €350 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Stripe, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. From St Jean station: Take tram C from Saint Jean station to Quinconces station then walk 4 minutes. To park your car, street parking is free only between 7 pm and 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays. The flat does not have a car park, the public car park "Clémenceau-Auditorium" is located 50 meters from the flat. LOL. The check in was seamless. I was a little late in my arrival. But they handled it without any problem. The apartment is comfortable and clean and with a great location. The entrance to the building had a broken security lock and was not secure. There was sewer gas coming from the shower. We had a mouse living under the refrigerator. The curtains for the front bedroom were broken and in the closet. To their credit the management sent someone to fix the shower drain and plug the mouse entrance. He said the security door was working. It never was. It closed in a way that left a gap obvious to anyone outside. With corrections to these issues it would be a nice place to stay.
