This was our dream retirement trip, and we booked this overwater bungalow a year in advance to stay two weeks. We completely loved staying here!!! It was very private and spacious and beautiful and well-equipped. Nir was also fantastic - we communicated before and during our stay. He was always very friendly, quick to respond, and his recommendations were great! You will need a car to stay here. We rented a car from Nir, and he made it so easy & convenient! (Plan ahead to bring local XPF currency for that). The coral and fish directly around the bungalow were unbelievably beautiful! We spent many hours in the water right there. Sometimes the water was so clear that we didn't even need to get in to watch the fish! We used the bungalow's kayak and paddled out to the motu, which was fun & gorgeous! There is so much to watch just while relaxing on the back deck of the bungalow- ferries, planes, tour boats, kayaks, etc. This is a great place to relax, have fun, and enjoy all that Bora Bora has to offer! It was beautifully decorated and had all the most updated appliances we could ask for. The BBQ was great!We loved that the air conditioning covered the entire bungalow. It was fantastic to step into the water off of the private landing. Our dock was a private entrance and we loved that entire privacy of this bungalow.The road behind us was noisy ,however this was the only small issue.The property manager "NIR" was fabulous ! He gave us a phone to use and we called him for any questions. He was so happy to help us and organized a private snorkle tour for us which was the most amazing experience we had. We followed some Manta Rays. We highly recommend this VROB if you want a private bungalow and local experience in the real Bora Bora. ##### Wendy B. So very relaxing, we spent hours on the deck just watching the boats and fish go by. We snorkeled right off the dock. If you go off to the right when you are facing the ocean there are fish. Very comfortable and lots of beautiful fish right below us, like having our own aquarium. Was a little noisy in the morning with both street and water traffic, but nothing we couldn’t live with. We saw eagle rays from our sun deck every morning, we used the kayak to paddle to the islands across, the location was super convenient, just a walking distance from trails around. The property manager helped us book an incredible snorkeling boat tour with a guide who picked us up right from our deck. Such a beautiful experience! ##### Almog P. The location was on a quieter part of the island and our bungalow was very isolated compared to most. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being able to step off our deck and into the water. We also loved feeding the fish cornflakes and watching them swarm around us. We even saw a stingray one night. The kayak was an added bonus and we had fun using it as well. The property manager was very responsive and helped answer any of our questions. Great place to stay and we highly recommend. The snorkeling off the deck is fantastic and Nir has been available to answer any questions. We have had a great time exploring the island with our rental car from Nir. The teenagers have stayed busy with the kayaks. This was a excellent choice for our vacation. The bungalows are comfortable and convenient to the water. Needs TLC The location is great, the house is very nice. We enjoyed our stay overall. The house does need some basic maintenance, the sink doesn’t drain, the gate is broken, the door net keeps falling out on the porch.
