You'll find all the creature comforts and conveniences you need during your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and everything you need to cook that perfect meal when you feel like staying in. Also included are a washer/dryer, and an outside area with a BBQ grill, picnic table, and chairs. The extensively remodeled home is a 3-bedroom, with all lodging upstairs including one queen-size bed, one full-size bed, and two twin beds. There is a brand new half bath upstairs and one full bath downstairs so everyone will have plenty of space and privacy during their vacation. This home also welcomes dogs, so every member of the family can come along and enjoy the fun. Don't forget to take advantage of the fast WiFi as well as the smart TV to connect and enjoy all of your favorite TV apps! The shared dock will make it easy to launch your kayaks or jump in for a quick swim to cool off on hot summer days. Overlook is just 1.2 miles away from the center of Boothbay Harbor where you can find a variety of unique shops, restaurants, coffee shops, fishing charters, harbor cruises, whale watches, and more! You are just a short walk from the Lobster Cove Preserve, which has hiking trails, and Barrets Park, which welcomes your furry companions. THINGS TO KNOW A shared dock is available. This home does not have air-conditioning. This home is a subunit of Sea View. Sea View Main can be rented separately. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
